- I will give my clothes witch I don't wear anymore or I will buy new one's and give them the clothes.
- I will let them try food and they could take some of there favorite's.
- I will give them some toy's I will have so they don't stay bored all day.
I wrote about what would I give poor people if I was fundraising here are 3 things.
Kia Ora again Mehakpreet,
ReplyDeleteThanks for telling us about the three things you would do to raise money to help a family out if you were living in the 1930s. I like that you're willing to give them the clothes that you don't wear anymore, or offering to buy them new clothes. Which option would you prefer out of the two?
Even cooking for them and finding out which food is their favourite— how very generous of you!
Maybe next time you could make the title easier for your reader's to follow. If you made the titles relevant to what the week, the day and the activity was, it would help them understand which activity it is that you've so competently completed.
For example, the title of this blog post could be: Week Two, Day 3, Activity 2: Offering a Helping Hand (or something along those lines).
Keep up the great blogging my friend!
Cheers,
Jordan
Kia Ora Mehakpreet,
ReplyDeleteThose are some brilliant acts of kindness! I’m curious, have you ever fund raised for an event at school? Maybe like a camp by selling chocolates or car washing?
The school I’m teaching at will be fundraising this year for some trips we will be going on so I’m looking for as many ideas as I can find.
I can’t wait to hear your brilliant ideas!
Cadence :)
i like the way how you would be kind to the people in the 1930's because maybe there were poor so giving them clothes if they have barely any and food from the 2000's maybe next time they could have blankets to keep them warm in the winter
ReplyDeleteMōrena Andrew,
ReplyDeleteAnother delightful and thoughtful comment. It is good to be kind, isn't it? Being kind doesn't just make the other person feel good, it can make you feel really good too!
I like that you support Mehakpreet's generosity. And you're right to assume that they (the people of the 1930s) may have been poor.
I really appreciate your suggestion to give them blankets for winter. Ka pai!
Keep up the great commenting Andrew, another 2 extra points for you!
