Arty party

At school were gonna be doing election and we have to create a slideshow to present in front of our class and then the winner will go into the competition between the other hub.   We thought doing art would be fun because we get to teach music,painting and lots of other stuff.  We also thought it is really interesting.

Photography clubs

For clubs last week we tried to make something which is made out of fabric.  Also we tried to catch the viewer attention so when you look at the photo the first thing you will see could be the swirl in the fabric or whatever you see first is what caught your attention.  We also had to right our theme at the bottom e.g:  movement,texture and lots more.

Pasifika art

For groups this term we picked 2 groups and we got 1 and I got visual art and we were doing Pasifika art and they are symmetrical on both sides.  Also in the middle I made it look like waves from water which was my favorite part

Brill girls-Steam project

For STEAM we made this slide show to put on are display board in this slide show is are test results,are process and lots more stuff.  I worked on writing the results and editing all the slide.  I made this with Armika and Kiranjot.

Steam project 2019

For Steam me,Armika and Kiranjot are making a city for a sphero to go through.  Were a bit in a rush because we don't really have much done but were pretty close to finishing because me and Armika are doing most of the stuff on slides at home.  I think we should put more pictures on and make a video of the process.

Roblox animation

For learn create share we had to make a slideshow,animation or anythings else about something that interests you and I picked Roblox because I think it is fun.

Balance structure

Last week we made a structure which had to look impossible to balance and me and Armika tried to balance everything on one block and it was a success we had some upside downs but apart from that we were pretty happy about it.  I learnt that we had place the one block in like the middle of the big block.  It was really awesome and fun but first we were on a table but we realized the table sometimes moves so we moved onto the mat with a white board.  Armika's blog

Makey makey

For steam we had to make a word wall with a makey makey kit so basically a word wall is that we have to use this cool app called Scratch to make it say the word we wrote on paper.  But to make that word work we need something that will connect to the wires which are called alligator clips.  Then we just press the buttons on the paper and it makes it say the word we wrote down.  It was hard work but it is really fun.  I learnt how to make a word wall on paper which was confusing at first.

Marble run

For topic we had to make the slowest marble run but if your wondering what is a marble run? it is basically just a structure with ramps and spirals and a marble rides on it. It is really fun and interesting it takes a lot of testing and time. I learnt that we should make the ramps longer so the marble will take longer to ride the ramp.

Sign language

We had to make up a dance but we made sign language video because we could also do that.  I was working with Kiranjot and Haley me and Haley all ready knew how to spell are name but we had to teach Kiranjot.  Link to there blogs Kiranjots blog and Haleys blog

Myths and legends

For this we had to listen to a song called your welcome from Maui and it had lots of legends from stories so we had to figure them out and to be hones it was a little hard and we had to listen to the song about 10 ten times.  Here is a link to my friends blog because they did it with me Link to Armika blog,link to Kiranjot blog
