SLJ Activity 2: You are my Sunshine

5 things you should do in New Zealand to not get skin cancer from the hot burning warm sun
1. Plop on 1 tea spoon of sun scream to each arm or leg/ face
2. Put on a big hat to cover at least up to you waist
3. Put on long sleeves and long pants you might be hot but I you will not get skin cancer
4. If you are at a beach,park or any else outdoor place put down a umbrella to keep you in the shade
5. Put on sun glasses to keep your eyes away from the strong sun

I wrote down 5 ways to not get sun cancer in New Zealand because it is really common in New Zealand in summer to get skin cancer

    Thanks for taking the time to complete this SLJ activity, 'You are my Sunshine', and for telling your readers 5 different ways that they can be 'Sunsmart' this summer. I like how you've specified '1 teaspoon' of sunscreen for each area of the body— a helpful tip indeed. I'm intrigued by your second hot tip, when you say that they need a big hat to cover up to their waist, what do you mean? Are you saying that they need a big brimmed hat that will shade their entire torso? That's a huge hat!

    Don't forget to add some colour to your post to help it to stand out :)
