For SLJ we had to say where we are from and kind of our cultures back story. I like India apart from the litter and some pollution when there is fireworks.
I was fiddling around with a rubix cube and I ended up making the India colours.
So great to see you charging through this years' SLJ programme: "Changemakers: People who have changed the world" - of course you're almost done, you're a machine!!
Please do remember to rest your eyes though Mehakpreet - too much screen time is really bad for your eye sight.
Anyway, on to the activity! I think that it's really cool that your parents are from India, do you know where in India they're from? I had to do a bit of reading about India for my uni degree - I learnt about Jainism, supposedly the most peaceful religion in the world. It's also really intense though, like how they pluck each individual piece of hair from their head - ouch!! Do you or your family follow any religion?
Please structure your comments as follows: Positive - Something done well Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what they had to say Helpful - Give some ideas for next time or ask a question you want to know more about
Kia ora Mehakpreet!

Looking forward to reading more of your work.
