Arty party

At school were gonna be doing election and we have to create a slideshow to present in front of our class and then the winner will go into the competition between the other hub.   We thought doing art would be fun because we get to teach music,painting and lots of other stuff.  We also thought it is really interesting.

Homework or no homework or schools

Should schools have homework? Yes!definitely, I’m Mehakpreet and I’m going to be telling you 5 reasons why we should have homework.  So let's get started.

Why is homework important,
It’s important because you can prepare or tests by receiving homework,completing it, getting it marked and fixing the mistakes. People who don’t pay attention and don’t do their work at school, can maybe focus more at home.

Who should do homework,
Everyone, so people don’t think it’s unfair,like someone gets homework and their friend doesn’t.  Also if only one person gets homework that person is gonna improve not anyone else, so everyone should get homework so everyone can improve.

Why we should get homework,
We should get homework because we are kept busy doing something instead of playing all the time at home.

What subjects we should get homework,
2 subjects a day so we don’t start moaning, like maybe start o with writing and move onto harder things.

Treats for people to do homework,
People could get a treat i they complete their homework so their really keen to do their homework.

So these are 5 reasons we should have homework and hopefully this persuades are teachers to give us some homework.


So for this week's writing we were asked to do a persuasive writing and decided I wanted to write about why we should have homework in schools.
